Midinux GPS sur base de Google Maps , 1ères images


voilà ou j'en suis , coté serveur tout est prêt :
Affichage ou pas des infos trafic, calcul d'itinéraire depuis une adresse et/ou la position actuelle GPS , zoom in et zoom out, vue carte satellite ou mélangée .

il ne me reste plus qu'a écrire le petit démon pour linux qui envoi les coordonnées au serveur pour que tout soit ok pour la beta.

tout est calculé pour un affichage plein ecran depuis le navigateur web (opera, firefox, coolfox ...) c'est à dire pour du 800 x 480 pixels

This is shiva from india, I have aigo p8860 with me and have downloaded the sfr image from http://c.ingrao.free.fr/mid/.

Were you able enable the gps in this image get and get fix.

If so could you please provide me the instructions

to enable or disable GPS you have to clic on WIFI (on top Bar) then clic on Radio Button you will see to enable/disable wifi, 3G , GPS and bluetooth

what do you mean about "a fix" ?

on French SFR version GPS is disabled by default ... (like bluetooth)

The script to use the GPS is not ready to use with this page (not yet, soon ;)).
Regarding the fix, generally with the MID, yes, it's working great, you can test it with google Earth for exemple or other GPS software :)

What i meant by fix was whether the gps device was able to get the long and lat for a point.

when i tried using the Midnux OS.,I was not able to get a fix for point.

Not in this software for the moment, but else yes, the GPS is able to get a fixed position with the GPS inside.
Did you stayed some minutes outside ?
Depends, but sometimes the GPS for the first fix needs somes minutes to get a valid position.
